Summary: Ogami Itto, previously the official Shogunate executioner, is now a wandering assassin stripped of everything but his son, two swords, and his desire for revenge. Ogami is hired to kill Oyuki, the tattooed mistress of the martial arts, but on the way to fulfill his mission he has to fight Yagyu Gunbei and other assassins from the Yagyu clan.
