Summary: Former IRA terrorist Sean Dillon, now a British secret service agent, is ordered to recover a shipment of gold from a sunken barge before the Protestant paramilitary do so. The Protestants, who stole the gold in the first place, intend to use it to escalate the war and scuttle the peace talks.
