Summary: Tony Stark hires Jessica Drew, a.k.a. Spider-Woman, to find his father Howard Stark. She succeeds in finding someone who appears to be Howard but turns out to be Chameleon. Chameleon locks Tony up and begins transfering Stark's patents to Advanced Idea Mechanics before his identity is discovered.
